Kayaking expeditions, regardless of which body of water you choose, are equally exciting, relaxing, and refreshing. We highly recommend the well-balanced, five-hour Sturgeon River kayaking trip because it provides speedy challenges, lazy yet scenic stretches, and everything in-between! You can also embark on tandem kayaking and canoeing trips on the Sturgeon River, which is unquestionably challenging as a lot of teamwork is needed, but we know that you have it in you! The narrow, winding Sturgeon River is a fantastic challenge even for experienced paddlers.

For those of you who’re visiting Indian River with a van full of kids, we recommend spending an afternoon at the Family Fun Center. Perfect for most ages, the Family Fun Center has an 18-hole mini golf course, amusing bumper boats, and an exhilarating ropes course. You can experience all three attractions for one low price (starting at just $17 per person). The kid-safe ropes course has 11 different elements, all of which provide a unique challenge worth accepting.
