Our GUIDED Side-by-Side Tours are perfect for couples, families, and groups, regardless of experience level!
With a knowledgeable, experienced Guide leading the way, you can follow in your own brand new, CAN-AM Commander and simply enjoy the ride and scenery (even possible wildlife sightings!), without the worry of maps and hidden hazards. Just come prepared for the dust, dirt, and FUN!

1.5 Hour Scenic Trail Ride: This is a perfect choice for those who want a shorter adventure. You’ll explore a variety of beautiful trails for 1.5 hours, getting a feel for the fun and excitement of Side-by-Sides. It’s a great way to immerse yourself in the natural scenery and enjoy the thrill of off-roading in a manageable time frame.
2.5 Hour Epic Trail Ride : Ready to experience even more? Take your off-roading adventure to the next level with our extended 2.5-hour ride! Explore a wider variety of trails, from scenic paths to more challenging terrain that will test your skills. You’ll discover hidden gems, conquer exciting obstacles, and have more time to relax and take in the stunning views. It’s the perfect option for those who want to make the most of their adventure and experience everything our trails have to offer.

Requirements and Policies:
- Please ARRIVE at least 45 MINUTES BEFORE your scheduled booking time in complete your check-in and pre-trip safety and equipment orientation
- You must be 18 years or older and have a valid credit card to book a Tour.
- All drivers must be 16 years or older with a valid driver’s license. 16 and 17 yr olds must have parental permission and a parent or guardian must be present and in the front passenger seat.
- Passengers must be 5 years or older.
- Helmets and facial/eye protection will be provided and are required for all participants.
- All participants must sign a liability waiver and minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf.
- Alcohol is not permitted before or during Side-by-Side Tours.
- The use of personal vehicles is not permitted on our Tours.
- Pets are not allowed.
Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Reservations are fully refundable IF cancelled prior to 7 days before the Tour date. If cancelled 3-7 days prior, then you will be reimbursed 50%. If cancelled 2 days or less, then NO refund. Additionally, a valid card must be authorized at check-in as the cardholder will be held responsible for any incidental equipment damage.

For your Guided SxS Tour, we suggest wearing closed-toed shoes and comfortable, layered clothing that you don’t mind getting muddy or dirty. Be sure to check the weather forecast for any additional clothing needs. Our goal is to ensure you’re both comfortable and prepared for your off-road adventure!

- Feel free to bring along snacks and drinks for your tour with us! If you need to stock up, we have a Subway® sandwich shop and a general store on site where you can find a variety of snacks, beverages, and more to take along on your Side-by-Side Tour adventure.
- Please remember, we kindly ask that you do not bring glass, Styrofoam, or large, heavy coolers. After enjoying your snacks, be sure to pack any items back into your bag or cooler.
- Let’s keep our trails and surrounding areas pristine and free of litter. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and respectful environment!

We can accommodate up to 22 guests per tour, so it’s best to book early to secure your spot! This ensures an intimate experience with a maximum of 6 vehicles per departure. Typically, our tours include 2-4 side-by-side vehicles, guaranteeing a personalized adventure for every participant.

Our guides will have toilet paper for your convenience. However, we recommend using the restroom before the tour begins to ensure a comfortable experience throughout and ask you to be courteous of other guests on your tour. We also suggest bringing hand sanitizer.

While tipping your guide is not required, it’s certainly appreciated. Our guides work incredibly hard to ensure your safety and to make sure you have an enjoyable and memorable experience during your tour. At Big Bear, we take pride in our Guide’s abilities and knowledge of the trail systems. If you feel that your guide made your adventure special, a tip is a great way to show your appreciation.

As long as there is a valid unrestricted drivers license on file for every driver and meet the age requirements prior to departure you are allowed to switch drivers.
